Shipping Details
Anne McDevitt Online Shop is open from Monday to Sunday. You can shop from anywhere at your convenience. Simply make your choices from our great product selection.
Normally orders made after 1.30pm (Mon-Fri) and all day Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following working day. Please check our delivery options and please note that we deliver only to Ireland

Delivery charges
The delivery costs are €9.50 for addresses in ROI.
Costs outside the ROI are €19.50
Delivery information
Please note that we only deliver to the billing address of your Debit/Credit card. It is advised that delivery will occur during working hours.
Goods will be dispatched within 48 hr. Please take this into account when you submit your order. In addition your order may be subject to a security check before being released for despatch.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box numbers, hotel or hostel addresses.
Please note that in many cases we only allow two (2) items of the same product per order.
Return guidelines
Please follow these steps for returning products purchased from Anne McDevitt.
- I have changed my mind. I would like to return my purchase:
If you have purchased product(s) for your own private use and want to return them to us, you must contact the Customer Service within 14 working days after the date of receipt of your purchase.
Please note that while the product(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the product(s) are kept safe and secure. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or the item was sent to you through our error. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and the security seals on the product(s) must be intact.
Please contact Anne McDevitt Customer Service at reception@annemcdevitt.com. Anne McDevitt will then supply details of the post return service via email.
Anne McDevitt will issue a full refund for the price of the product(s) to your original payment method once products are returned and validated by Anne McDevitt. The refund will only cover the value of your purchase, not original delivery costs.
- I have received my order, I think there is a problem
Please contact our Customer Service either as soon as possible and latest within 14 days after the date of receipt of your purchase. Examples:
- Anne McDevitt has supplied products to you by mistake
- your delivery is not complete
- products are damaged or have gone missing in transit
- product delivered to you is faulty
- How to request a return?
Please contact our Customer Service either via email form or by telephone to make arrangements for the return. They will give you further instructions.
Anne McDevitt recommends that you return products in their original packaging. You must include all accessories, user manuals and any free gifts that came with the product/order. Where a product has been purchased as a part of a package or bundle of products, all products within that package or bundle must be returned.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the products are kept safe and secure whilst they are in your possession. Please return them in a condition that they were delivered to you. All returned items are validated by Anne McDevitt before refund or replacement is processed, and you may forfeit your right to a refund in the event that items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
Please package the products securely and make sure that the label is attached on the outside of the parcel and details are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. Anne McDevitt strongly recommends that you obtain a proof of postage from your post office when sending your returns.
- What is happening with my return?
You will receive an email from us at the address you provided when you created your account once your return has been assigned
Once the products are received at the Anne McDevitt office, they will be validated, and if approved, a refund will be sent to you or replacement order dispacthed.
These guidelines do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
